I am a private client. Will my first consultation be free?

Yes. We offer a free, 30 minute remote consultation to all our prospective clients.

I am a private client. What happens during and after our first consultation?

During our first consultation, we will gain a full picture of the matter you seek resolution for. We will discuss your aims and timeline, and you will be given a realistic overview of what investigations are possible, and what evidence can be gathered.

Within 48 hours, you will be provided with a written quote and, if you instruct us, this will be followed by a written strategy and contract.

On completion of the investigation, you will be provided with a final, comprehensive report including all evidence gathered.

Do you deal with international investigations?

Yes. As members of the Association of British Investigators and the World Association of Detectives, we are part of a wide network of global investigators. Enquire with us for more details.

Do you have female investigators?

Yes. We understand that some clients may be more comfortable dealing with female investigators.

What are your fees?

As every client will have specific individual needs, it is not possible to set out fees in advance.  You will be provided with a written quote once you have instructed us. On occasion, there may be unexpected avenues of enquiry that incur further cost, however, these will not be followed without your express prior agreement.
